Q: What is contract cleaning all about?
A: Contract cleaning is where we the contractor take the head ache of your building cleaning away from you so that you can get on with your daily tasks.
Q: How do you ensure standards are maintained ?
A: Our area supervisor will stay in close contact with your nominated representative and will attend regular prearranged review meetings. At varying times throughout the cleaning operation the area supervisor will attend site to ensure all staff are performing their duties and maintaining high standards of work and conforming to all Health & Safety procedures, particularly the deployment of Wet Floor and Cleaning In Progress signs.
Q: Our site is big and needs large amounts of staff. Can you handle the job?
A: Absolutely. We are very experienced in managing commercial sites of all sizes, and can supply as many cleaning staff as necessary.
Q: Our office is not very busy and does not need much work. Can you still serve us well?
A: Of course, we treat each of our customers like they are our only one.
